Become a Garden Volunteer

Project Full Plate relies heavily on community volunteer labor to sustain daily operations, care for crops, and feed local families. No prior farming experience is required just a willingness to help our community grow. Volunteers work right alongside our senior center leadership and program facilitators.

List of Activities:
  • Sowing & Caring: Assist with planting seeds, weeding beds, and watering crops.
  • The Harvest: Help gather ripe fruits and vegetables for distribution.
  • Building Infrastructure: Assist with tasks like assembling high-tunnel hoop houses and organizing the tool shed.
